Isn’t it funny how sometimes we keep doing something over and over again, even though we know we shouldn’t?
Spencer is being introduced to this concept right now. He repeatedly touches things he isn’t supposed to and before he even starts, is already saying “nononono.” But… he just can’t resist.
He also is repeatedly throwing things over his baby gate(s) and then wailing because he can’t reach them. He knows he’s going to lose the toy or bottle, but he does it anyway.
Limits, people. We all need them. There is a consequence for every action (whether good or bad)… it’s up to us if we are going to learn from it, or keep doing the same thing over and over.
